  • Monthly statements, P&L analysis and balance-sheet reconciliations; multi-site reporting across sales mix, COGS, gross margin and contribution margin.
  • Full IFRS statement suites for limited liability companies, including real-estate and parking-management businesses: financial position, profit and loss, cash flow and changes in equity.
  • Item-level profitability and BCG menu engineering for multi-location F&B operations, connecting demand, pricing and contribution.

  • End-to-end onboarding for 30+ driver-partner companies: document collection, agreement preparation, system setup and app activation.
